REFUND & RETURN POLICY

In such cases, we will refund the product cost to your original payment method after inspection.
You have to ship the item back at your own cost, we will issue a gift card equal to the return shipping amount, which can be used toward any future purchase on our store.

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of the refund.

If approved:

• The product cost will be refunded to your original payment method within 7 business days (excluding shipping charges).

• You have to returned the item at their own cost, we will issue a gift card equivalent to the return shipping amount (as proof provided), which can be used for any future purchase on our website.

• Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

• The gift card for return shipping is valid only if the return was authorized in advance and tracking details were shared.
