SHIPPING POLICY – SHINE JEWEL

All products are made to order. We process and dispatch all orders within 3 business days.

Shipping Costs:

• India: Flat ₹99 per order. Free shipping for orders above ₹2,499.

• USA & Worldwide: $5.99 per order. Free shipping for orders above $49.

Domestic shipments generally take 2–7 business days. International shipments typically take 10–15 business days, depending on the destination. You can request a change of delivery address at any time before your order is dispatched.

We ship to P.O. Boxes via postal services only; courier services are not available for these addresses. Military addresses (APO, FPO, DPO) are shipped via USPS.

Once your order is dispatched, a tracking link and id will be provided to monitor its progress. If delivery takes longer than expected, please contact us so we can investigate.

Parcels are insured for loss or damage up to the value stated by the courier. If a parcel is damaged in transit, please reject it if possible and contact customer service. In the case of a lost parcel, we will process a replacement or refund once the courier completes their investigation.

Sales tax is included in the price displayed on the website. Orders can be cancelled anytime before dispatch.
